If you purchase a website maintenance plan, OCW will check the site regularly to ensure that all of the website features are working correctly. When we find a problem, we fix it. And when you find a problem, you message us and we fix it. (If you don’t have a website maintenance plan, you will need to find someone to fix your site and/or call the website hosting company yourself.)
